Events & Announcements

Many events are now taking place at the Mill, both in the banquet room and in the Mill itself.

Some of those scheduled, which are open to the public are:

March, 2017 --  "Pixie's At The Mill" restaurant will be opening on the lower level of the Mill during the early part of March.  Entrance will be off the patio inside the flood wall.  The restaurant will feature country home cooking and will be open on the following schedule:   Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm + Wednesday - Closed   + Thursday, Friday & Saturday; 9:00 am to 9:00 pm + Sunday; 11:00 am  to  8:00 pm.

Saturday, April 22nd - 8th Annual Symphony of Stitches -  9:00 to 4:PM

This all-day symposium celebrating Artisans in the Shenandoah Valley is an annual fundraiser sponsored by the Edinburg Heritage Foundation and is a fund-raiser for The Museum at the Edinburg Mill.  The event takes place at the St. Paul's Heritage Center at 106 S. High Street in Edinburg. Sunday, August 6th - Annual Antique Auto Show -  10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

This popular annual fund-raiser for The Mill is a real crowd-pleaser with lots of activities for the entire family.  Keep checking this spot for more information and registration forms for your auto.

Saturday, August 12th, 2017 - 12th Annual Route 11 Yard Crawl -- Starts at 7:00 a.m.

Over 43 miles of business sidewalk sales, yard sales, antiques, food, wine, and much more along US Route 11 in our historic towns of New Market, Mt. Jackson, Edinburg, Woodstock, Toms Brook & Strasburg, Middletown and Stephens City!  Make a weekend in the "Heart of the Shenandoah Valley"! Many vendors are set up and selling earlier in the week.

 

The Edinburg Mill parking lot will be full of "sellers", and there will also be venders inside the banquet room off the entrance patio.

Friday, Sept. 15th - Sunday, Sept.17th, 2017 --  37th Annual Edinburg Ole Time Festival

Starting with the opening ceremony at 5:30 PM in front of the Mill, the weekend of festivities will begin.   Come enjoy live music, period crafts, living history and Civil War events, homemade apple butter, petting zoo, bed race,community sing along, doggie parade, old timers ball games, parade through town, carriage rides, duck race, great food and much more!  The Mill property is a focal point for the many events of the weekend.   www.edinburgoletimefestival.org
